SFHSAA Launches First Financial Award

We are proud to announce the launch of our first Alumni Association financial award available to the current graduating class!

The SFHSAA Inspiration Award opened on March 2, and is a $1,000 award that recognizes not only academic excellence, but personal development and drive regarding their activities and interests during and beyond high school. The steering committee felt it important to make this available to all students no matter what their post-high school plans are; thus, instead of calling it a scholarship and making it available only to college-bound seniors, it is an award that any graduate can apply for, in order to assist them with whatever their plans are for next year.

Applicants must complete an electronic application and receive letters of recommendation, all of which are uploaded to the SFHSAA site. Applications will be taken through the last school day of March, and the award winner will be announced sometime in April.
